Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Big Balls, a duel game where players bet virtual “balls” against each other, on the website bigballs.app and in the Big Balls apps for Android and iPhone. By creating an account, playing, or buying Balls, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Big Balls.

1. Who we are

Big Balls is operated by Valentin Lefebvre, an individual developer based in France (“we”, “us”). Contact: dev@bigballs.app.

Seller of Balls bought on the website: Valentin Lefebvre, 135 Boulevard de Sebastopol, 75002 Paris, France. SIRET: 794 672 600 00028. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

2. Who can play

Big Balls is for adults only. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account, play, or buy Balls. You may have only one account, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done through your account.

3. What Balls are

Balls are virtual play tokens. They have no cash value. They can never be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed for money, goods or prizes, sold, or transferred to another person, inside or outside the game. The only way to “win” is to gain more Balls to keep playing and to climb the rankings.

Big Balls is a game of skill and nerve played for fun. It is not a real-money gambling service: you cannot win or lose money by playing. Balls are not a currency, an investment, or a financial product, and you do not own them: you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them inside Big Balls while your account is in good standing.

4. Buying Balls

You can buy Balls in packs, optionally. You never have to buy anything to play: you receive a welcome gift of free Balls when you sign up, and the amount varies.

First-purchase bonus

Your first purchase may include a one-time bonus of Balls. The size of the bonus can vary and is shown once your purchase is confirmed. The bonus is granted once per account. If that purchase is refunded, the bonus is removed with it, and the bonus is not granted again on a later purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA/UK). Normally you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, if you have expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. By buying Balls on the website and accepting these Terms at checkout, you ask us to deliver the Balls immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Balls have been added to your account. This does not affect any rights you have under law, for example if the Balls are not delivered.

Refunds. We want purchases to go right. Contact dev@bigballs.app if you were charged twice, did not receive your Balls, did not authorise the purchase, or bought by mistake, and tell us the email address of your account and the date of the purchase. We review every request and answer within a few days. For purchases made in the apps, refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their rules.

What a refund does to your account. When a purchase is refunded, the Balls of that pack, and any bonus Balls granted with that purchase, are taken back from your balance. If you have already used or lost those Balls, your balance can go below zero. While your balance is zero or below you cannot place bets; it returns to normal once you have Balls again, for example after a new purchase.

Disputes with your bank. Please contact us first: it is faster. If a payment is disputed or reversed through your bank or card issuer (a chargeback), the Balls from that payment are removed and we may suspend the account until the matter is resolved.

6. Fair play

You agree to play fairly. In particular, you must not:

To keep the game fair, Big Balls applies fair play limits, such as a daily loss limit in live duels and a limit on how many duels you can play against the same player. These limits may change over time.

7. Suspension and closing your account

If you break these Terms, we may warn you, restrict features, suspend or close your account, and remove Balls obtained unfairly. If your account is closed for serious or repeated breaches, you lose the Balls on it. You can delete your account at any time, directly in the game; see how to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your Balls, which have no cash value and are not refunded.

8. Availability and changes to the game

We work to keep Big Balls running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, rebalance the game, or interrupt it for maintenance. If we ever permanently close Big Balls, we will give reasonable notice in the game and by email.

9. Our responsibility

Big Balls is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, for losses of Balls caused by the normal course of the game, or for problems outside our control (for example, internet outages or failures of third-party services). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms takes away the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country, including the legal guarantee that digital content is delivered and conforms to what was promised.

10. Intellectual property

The Big Balls name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the game for your own personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, sell or build on it without our written permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will inform players in the game or by email before they apply, and continuing to play after that means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of that country. Questions or complaints: dev@bigballs.app.
