Delete your Big Balls account

You can delete your Big Balls account and its data at any time, for free. Choose whichever option suits you.
Option 1 — Delete it in the game (instant)
- Open Big Balls (the app, or bigballs.app) and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top bar.
- Tap Delete account, at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm with Delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, email us from the address linked to your account:
Send it to dev@bigballs.app with your player name. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we complete requests within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: email address and password
- Your player name, balls balance, wins, losses, ties and biggest win
- Your duel history (duels you sent, received and played)
- Your “play for real money?” interest signal, if any
You will disappear from the World Rankings and Live Players lists. Other players keep only their own statistics.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Copies in our providers’ backups and security logs are overwritten within about 30 days.
- Nothing else is kept after deletion.
Guest play
If you only played as a guest, no account exists on our servers: your guest progress is stored on your device only. To remove it, clear the app’s data (or your browser’s site data for bigballs.app) or uninstall the app.
